It develops high-power modeling and simulation software for complex systems. Apsidal was founded in 2019 and is based in Riverside, California.

We are a group of passionate scientist, researchers, and engineers. Our key members spent years in academia studying fundamentals, deriving theory, and presenting preliminary simulation and experimental demonstrations. We understand there is a gap between academic research and production technologies. StarNav was created out of a passion to bridge this gap.

StarNav LLC’s technologies support accurate and reliable positioning, navigation, and timing for autonomous and human-operated systems. StarNav develops receivers that convert ambient non-GNSS radio signals (cellular, television, and satellite signals) into positioning information so that vehicles can operate safely during complete GNSS denial.
